A red that shines and seduces with this Mediterranean blend. Soft and intensely fruity. Pleasant to refresh a summer night and with enough volume to accompany savory dishes.

Grenache and Cabernet from organic crops. With Mediterranean influence thanks to the Marinade, the sea breeze that maintains the constant maturation of the grapes.

Blend 60% Grenache, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cartoixà for colour stability.

Once harvested, the grapes are skimmed off and stored in stainless steel tanks. They macerate for 6 days at a temperature of 20-22ºC. Then it is pressed, and the low-pressure wine is used to make the 2n Base.
We add Cartoixà to the blend to favor the pigmentation processes, improving color stability.
It does not contain any kind of preservative or added sulphites, only grapes, more natural than possible!

The reductive notes quickly disappear and we find notes of red and black fruits, such as cherries, blackberries or blueberries. Its intensity stands out.
In the mouth it is fresh, voluminous, very round, soft and fat. Pure expression.
We recommend decanting the bottle to encourage the opening of the wine.
The lack of added sulfites makes it a very suitable wine for people sensitive to the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
