Clos Lentiscus - Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature 2017 - 11% - DO Penedès
The grapes were chilled overnight before being gently pressed to prevent the must from gaining any pigmentation. Native yeast was used. After the alcoholic fermentation was completed, the wine spent a short time in oak barrels. The second fermentation in the bottle lasted 30 months according to the traditional method, after which disgorging took place. The wine contains no expedition liqueur.
